Holding Hearts was born from lived experience. From heartbreak. From love. And from a deep desire to make sure that no family facing baby loss ever feels alone.

What started as a small idea has grown into a community, a support network, and a charity that now reaches families across the UK. Every resin heart, every book and every conversation is rooted in compassion, understanding and remembrance.
